Learn about risks and returns of cash, bonds, stocks, and international investments and their related TSP funds (G, F, C, S, and I). Learn to balance risk and return and how to choose investments for short-, intermediate-, and long-term goals. Evaluate TSP L funds and rollover options to and from the TSP. Compare benefits of tax-saving account (e.g., TSP, IRAs, TSP Roth 401(k) coming in 2012) and learn about Roth IRA conversion options. Learn how to choose withdrawals from TSP and other savings to create a tax-efficient cash flow for retirement.
